Flamenco, Wisteria and Cider Presses

The weather improves and spring is now well established in our part of Normandy. Our favourite copper beech is now in leaf and reminds us of a flamenco dancer!
Exactly why it has grown as it has, we have no idea, but its unusual shape certainly adds a dash of colour to our beautiful gardens.

Our wisteria display this year really compliments the ancient stone cider press. The flowers are a haven for pollinators, particularly bumble bees.

The blue skies and verdant countryside and the sounds of the French countryside all combine to make La Herpiniere a very special place.
Why not spend some time here and experience it for yourself?
a bientôt!
